We make one or more action photos of the child, in different poses. The “pure” photo was photographed on the basis of the child’s character. In addition, we deliver a fun playful part of the pure photo. It may happen that the child is not completely in the photo. The cut out originates from the portrait photo, so it can also be ordered in its entirety.

In connection with possible contamination with head lice, the school photographer does not com their hair. However, the photographer can ask the teacher / assistant parent at the beginning if he / she checks the children for, snot bells, hair and for example pen strokes.

One reason may be that your monitor settings are different. Furthermore, fluorescent colors can vary slightly, this has to do with flash light from the studio. We therefore recommend that your children do not apply fluorescent clothing on the photo day. The photo as shown on the login card is the reference.

It is possible to order digital files from photos. You place your order prints / products through our website first. At the end of the order you will receive a confirmation with a link. With this link you can order digital files.
It is possible to order the files in both high and low resolution.

A photo in low resolution is only suitable for small screen use and small prints. For larger use and high quality printing, we recommend selecting a file in high resolution.

No, these photos are not official passport photos and therefore not suitable for documents such as passports and driving licenses.

The government has established in the privacy legislation (AVG) that we may keep your photos for a maximum of 5 years. This is the maximum period that we can use for repeat orders.
If you have created an account for ‘My archive’ via our website, it is possible to manage your older photos yourself. We will then offer you the possibility to order this later via us.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Once the payment is received, it takes a maximum of 2 weeks before the canvas is delivered. In exceptional cases, this may differ slightly because we are dependent on external shipping.

We offer the packages in color. This is not possible in black and white or sepia. However, it is possible to order individual photographs in black and white or sepia.

We try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please take into account a delivery time of a few working days. The delivery of canvas prints and enlargements takes a little longer.

Fill out our form and state in which class your son or daughter sits, we will then contact you as soon as possible.

It is possible to choose from different packages. We offer packages with one of both photos, it is also possible to choose a package containing both photos. More information about our packages can be found on the website on the ‘Photos’ page.

Please state in the comments field which group photo you wish to receive, then we will send it with your order.

You can order 13 x 18 cm and in the comments field mention that you want the format 10 x 15 cm, we will take this into consideration.

Please fill in our contact form and mention your user code. We will contact you as soon as possible.

It may be that the school has not yet distributed it. We try to report to the school to hand out at the same time, it may not have been successful due to lack of time.

After logging in with 1 code you can add other login cards. The result is that you get all the photos together in your overview.

The school has all the log-in codes that they can request within their own school page. The school page is secured and only for school use.

It is possible to remove the data with the delete login button at the bottom of the website. You need the login code and password to be able to do this.

The free group photo campaign lasts 10 days after the delivery of the log-in cards at school. By logging in on our website you can view how long you can still use this promotion. You can always take advantage of the free group photo promotion when you order a package.

If you log in as an employee, you will see a credit. This credit is processed in the shopping cart.
